Not as often as i would like to. 2 times a week. but since I lost my job I can step it up a little more.

I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week.

Every day. I recently increased my workouts and I have started to see positive results. WOOHOO!

When it is warm enough to swim I exercise everyday. Other times I only exercise sporadically.

Does masturbation count? Roughly six to nine times a week. I usually try and squeeze fifty situps in before bed as well.

I got for long walks everyday. If it's nice out I hike in the mountains/woods... It might not be crunches or push ups, but at least it's something!

I try to get to the gym 3-4 times a week, and I go for regular runs in my neighbourhood.

I work out 2 days a week, because I feel that resting is just important as working out. When I workout, my workouts last 3 hours, and I feel I should rest at least two days before the next workout. I'm 65, I consider myself in good shape; have a few medical issues, but nothing that keep me from the gym. I try to do busy work around the house on days I don't go to the gym. But I need to lose at least 10 more pounds to get my weight down to a healthy level: current weight:229; my target: 195.

I bike to work 5 days a week, and on my day off, I would occasionally go on a very long ride. Because I work the graveyard shift, the bus is not really an option. I cannot afford a car, and do not have a licence.
