    Honk back if you are actually getting satifaction out of it and if you are in a nasty enough mood, you could just out honk the person. Otherwise, if you don't think you would win the honk contest you could do other things, like pull in front of him and block him, or roll down your window and throw your cup of coffe or soft drink at their car. Or pull off the road and throw a rock.
    Just make sure you can get away if the other guy starts to attack.

    For the ignorant, please what is a honker? My first thought was some sort of goose, my second is a black persons referall to a white, my third is an angry car driver.
