    All of them. Well maybe not the specialists, but GPs do. It's been some time since I needed one, but it probably costs around €15 for a house call. Alternatively, all pharmacies have a doctor during certain times of the day.

    No, I have seen a veterinarian make a house call, but that wasn't in the USA.

    In the 2007 movie "Sicko" by Michael Moore, there are doctors in France who make house calls. It lowers wait times in the hospital and good for not so serious illnesses and very serious illnesses. If the problem is not so urgent, a doctor can come to your house and you don't need to waste time in the hospital, plus, the hospital needs to care for more urgent patients. On the other hand, if the illness is contagious and severe, It can be isolated and quarantined in the home and not brought to the hospital where soo many are immunocompromised.
