How many falls does it take, before you realize your going to have to make a change? (referring to falling deeper and deeper into the hole)

For some people I guess it takes falling to the bottom.

Everyone is different, therefore the answer to this question will vary. For some 1 time is enough, for others the fall may be fatal.
