Have you considered using a basal thermometer to predict ovulation?

Also, your partner should avoid wearing tight or constricting clothing, obviously should try to avoid self-pleasure as much as he can as it will temporarily reduce his overall sperm count, and try to avoid drinking caffeine.

I have a family member who was successful as a result of his wife using an ovulation test kit. At the time they had to get it by prescription but now I understand that they can be acquired over the counter. Sometimes, it's all a matter of precise timing.

I'm not recommending you do this but I've heard of many instances where people give up and adopt and then shortly afterwards the lady becomes pregnant. Probably in those situations stress had a lot to do with the initial problems.

Make sure you have sex on the right days. There are 2-3 days you have on your ovulation cycle. http://www.ovulation-calendar.net/ . I recommend that you have sex every day until 3 days after your ovulation cycle. And during ovulation 2-3 times per day.

It is easier to become pregnant if the woman has an orgasm during sex.

If you were on the pill or a medicated contraceptive it can take up to a year for your system to get back to normal and your body to start releasing eggs.

Also listen to srosa, great advice.

Here is a link about troubles with getting pregnant. http://ezinearticles.com/?10-Possible-Reasons-Why-Youre-Having-Trouble-Getting-Pregnant-And-10-Ways-To-Increase-Your-Chances&id=746111

If you are really having a hard time you should see your doctor. His sperm might be slow or not enough. Or you could have troubles yourself.

I don't know if srosa was referring to the man avoiding caffeine but it's actually really good for the man's sperm count and makes the sperm swim faster.
