Chevrolet Suburbans are full-size sports utility vehicles based on a truck platform. LS and LT are two different trim lines available for each year's model.
Basics
The LS is the base model Chevrolet Suburban, while the LT model is the middle range and has a variety of enhancements, primarily in the interior.
Interior
The 2010 LT model includes leather seating and bucket seats, while the 2010 LS Chevrolet Suburban is equipped with cloth bench seats.
Electronics
Both the 2010 LS Suburban and the LT Suburban include AM/FM/CD stereos and General Motors' OnStar system. However, the LT also includes turn-by-turn navigation and the ability to connect Bluetooth accessories.
Driving Safety
The 2010 LT model includes standard rear-parking-assistance systems, fog lamps and an automatic locking rear differential that allows power to be transmitted to the wheels that have the most traction in slippery conditions.
Similarities
The 2010 LT model includes all features that the 2010 LS model does, uses the same engine and has the same exterior and interior dimensions.
