  • If you hate your pastor's guts, how can you say you are truly a Christian? That seems abit odd. lol OK, so can't you make up your mind if you feel it is right or not? You know how you feel about using those words in that way. If it bothers you, not much to do about it. If you are Christian, I would think you would just forgive the person who used the language (and they might not be religious like you so to them it is not a big deal) and go about your life. There will be many times when you will see and hear things you personally don't like and things that you would not do or say. Everyone is free to say and think what they wish. Just stay true to whatever you feel and be tolerant of others and let them do as they feel and believe. It doesn't mean you have to personally approve of it or like it, but you are also not anyone's "judge" are you? :) How about "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone?" Remember that? Anyhow I think you know the answer to the question without having to ask your pastor. Just do your thing and let others do theirs. As long as they are not hurting you or others, you take your path and allow them to take theirs. Life will be much less frustrating for you if you can learn to do that.
  • Eveything good comes from God. Including humor. Don't take EVERYTHING so seriously, I'm sure "He" doesn't.
  • Blasphemy, strictly speaking, is to speak impiously against God. And saying that God is more powerful/stronger/etc. than someone else's father isn't a statement made against God, though it is somewhat irreverent. So go ahead and laugh. :)
  • I could see the humor in it, but should definitely be taken lightly! As for hating your pastors' guts...you may want to go to prayer in that one.
  • I'm Sure God has a sense of humor!
  • forget the silly sticker -- work on the hate issues with your pastor.
