Is a vehicle contract legally binding if the initial financing fell through? What happens if the dealer finds another lender for the consumer but doesn't give the consumer a new contract to sign?

    If the loan process fell through then sometimes they try other financial facilities, to get you financed. If everyone denies the financing, there is no way to finance that vehicle. They would have notiffied you if another company approved you.
