Ask her to elobroate on what these feelings are..she is probably waiting fore you do so..i if your dating for a while then this could mean she getting emotionally connected to you. She seems to be open and honest about this, shows she trusts you. Ask her.

Taking a stab in the dark, it usually means that she actually cares about you. Some girls have 'party friend guys' or 'he's cute' interest in guys, but if she 'sincerely' has feelings, then she likes you as a person and not for what you can give her or what you can do for her. That does not mean she has sexual feelings, by the way. That just means she cares. Anything further, you should ask her.
