I think that what you really need to know is how to avoid taking any substances which could affect your blood and urine!

you really do not wanna read this....time is the only way clear meth from your body. remember this in the future....NOTE TO SELF...ABSTAIN FROM USING METH!

water water water ... lol and quit doing it.. don't get me wrong, i've been there... hell i just screwed up after being sober from it for almost 3 years.. but water will help... it usually takes 3 days but its water soluable.. so just keep drinking, exercise, and eat.
