This energy can also be used for healing. I am able to help keep my 91-year-old Grandma from needing a walker by focusing this energy on her! When her knee or hip are bothering her, she lets me know, and I lay my hands on her and meditate.

Everyone has inner energy, which is a great gift from god. By physical and mental exercise, that energy could be woken. While you mediate you relax your body and you free your mind. When you're completely relaxed the energy comes rushing to all part of your body. My simple explanation is that you have awoken your inner energy. Don't worry your inner energy can improve your life, it can even improve your sex life...
    Hope i helped...
