The other way around as in I got sad first, then I lost my appetite, feel tired all the time, and can't concentrate in school. Those things are caused by the sadness, not the other way around.

your rents? parents? are you depressed? why cant you sleep and why wont you eat?

I'm going to be honest here and my intention is not to sound mean or condescending. You need to start taking responsibility for your actions, grades, etc. and quit using a bunch of excuses as justification. Trust me, if you take the bull the the horns, get your homework done, study, get to bed on time, etc., your grades will go up and you will feel better about yourself. Not only that, your parents will start having more respect for you. Only you can change yourself, noone else.

Sounds like a combination of depression and Attention Deficit Disorder to me. You should talk to your doctor.

juanwa...I must agree here with Shemarq... you were given good advice. Sleep is brain food, and eating is body food. If one doesn't work well, the other won't eithor. Right now what you do is the foundation for how well you work on a job, and learn to provide for yourself in the future. If you recognise there is a problem, you're smart enough to make the changes you know are best for you !!!
