Considering we don't know either one of you, we can't possibly answer this in the slightest. Good luck!

Almost zero. Normally Catholics and Mormons just don't mix due to the religous differences. My wife's father is Catholic and he didn't hold my religious beliefs against me but that was because my wife wasn't raised Catholic. Her mother is Protestian and he was told his children would probably be damn to hell anyway due to his marriage to a protestian and having racially mixed children. Find a nice Catholic girl unless you are willing to convert and agree to marrying this girl in the Temple.

Mormons are strongly encouraged not to date until they are 16 years old. Mormons are also strongly encouraged to date within the faith. How strictly these guidelines are followed depends on the Mormon and their family. All relationships face challenges. If Catholicism is a big part of your life, and Mormonism is a big part of hers, you will both need to work to keep the relationship alive and well. It will be one more challenge. My personal advice is to ask her out, and be honest about the issue. You're both too young to be thinking marriage, so this difference of religion shouldn't be that big of a thing. Promise each other not to try convert the other. Ask to find out dating standards, so you can plan activities which are fun and won't necessitate confession.
