  • Reduce your high calorie and high cholesterol intake. Watch what you eat. Exercise at least 2-3 times a week. Most importantly, say happy with yourself.
  • More sex?
  • Stop eating red meat. Increase your intake of fruits and veggies, preferrably fresh. Take a brisk 30-minute walk at least five days a week. Try not to stress - "Don't sweat the small stuff - and it's all small stuff." +5
  • Really just do all the things we know already. Low fat diet. Plenty of exercise. Try to get plenty of sleep and live as stress free as possible.

  • No answer here, I was thinking of less processed foods and more excercise, and only came up with a general- What for!!?? We are encouraged to work more and care about ourselves less. I take care of my family now, but will probably die early from stress and/or heart disease, ????????? is all I can say.

  • You could start by not eating a high fat diet, raise your fiber intake, forget over processed, improve your nutrient diet to good instead of poor, forget the stress, and get exercising daily. All these plus more damage the arteries to the heart. Which in turn allows plaque to build up, plugging the arteries until only a trickle of oxygen, carrying blood can squeeze through. If this happens all or part of the heart muscle dies. You got it HEART ATTACK occurs.
