Not for tea Nutritional changes can be made to food by heating or method of cooking. This could mean leaching of nutrients from the food, or denaturing (changing the shape) of protiens so that they are digested differently, or destroing heat sensitive vitamens. In the case of tea, it is often made with hot water because hot water is better at dissolving the tea compounds, so even if the tea is consumed after it has cooled, changes to nutrients have already been made are rarely reverse sponataneously (you can't uncook an egg). The nutritional value of the beverage as a whole might change if someone decides to add extra sugar or flavour they might not otherwise add to hot tea, or decides not to add milk that they might add to hot tea. Iced coffees have considerably more calories from lots of added milk than hot coffee.
