Help answer this question below.

Would it gross you out if your SO had a brown birthmark circling his/her anus? What could somebody with this problem do about it?

    I have never actually looked the spouse's anus.

    So I guess I could live with it.

    No, it wouldn't gross me out. Birthmarks are birthmarks. Lots of people with moderately dark skin color have darker skin around their anus. It's not a birthmark in them, it's part of the natural variation in their skin tone.
