Alligators often allow small birds to climb into their mouths to clean food debris and stuff out, so I doubt they get a lot of cavities but even if they did, they do not have permanant teeth like us humans, they can indefinitely replace them and so they probably end up breaking/losing teeth and replacing them before they get too many cavities I would guess.
They go to the dentist?
the wildlife guys kill them.
