That is a hard question. I think that technology allows children to learn more, faster if they seek it. I don't think children in the past really had that opportunity. So I would say yes and no :)
In some respects, yes. Children are exposed to electronics at a very young age and have a knack for learning so they absorb it like a sponge.
That's the 21st Century for you...
