What causes very frizzy perms? I am a senior, most perms are frizzy.
How can this be avoided?

You're reading I've decided on a perm.I've seen several women recently with hair about my length (3 or 4 inches past my shoulders) that were a solid mass of tiny, tiny curls.I'm certain it's done with the smallest rods, but do I get a conventional wrap or a spiral wrap.
