Well if your looking for a cheesey line to say, there's welcome to dumpsville.... population you! You could have a friend do it OR the ultimate meanest way is to just vanish... cut all lines of comunication don't return or answer any calls and don't go or do any of the things that they like to do so you never run into one another. NOW personally I don't care for this type of behaviour, I beleive telling the person and just clearing the air is a far better and bigger thing for a person to do... why be mean to a guy who obviously really likes you?
