A good friend of mine recently told me that my greatest strength was also my greatest weakness: being understanding. She said it was a strength because I try hard to put myself in someone else's place and understand their point of view, and a weakness because sometimes when I do that it's at the expense of my own point of view.

My strength is staying strong and helpful in emergency situations, whatever those could be - no tears, no fainting, having the shoulder to cry on.
My weakness is being excited easily, having an opinion in a blink of the eye - and believing everything sounding fair....

I think my greatest strength would be always trying to find that little 'good' out of bad and my weakness is not knowing when it's time to give up in certain situations.
