Let her pick out what she would like to eat. And let her have it as long as it is not candy or something like that.
I would take your child to her pediatrician and explain what you have done to encourage your child to eat. Get the pediatrician to recommend a nutrition expert or provide you with some type of plan to make sure your child gets the vitamins she needs to thrive. Ask your pediatrician if you should be taking your child to a psychologist. Above all get a written record from the pediatrician to prove that you have been pursuing this problem and trying to resolve it.
You are going to have to find out what she likes for breakfast. It may be a certain cereal or something other than what an adult would consider breakfast food. Even if it turns out to be pop tarts, she should eat something. Another possibility would be, she has a thyroid problem.
