Here let me give it a shot. Jesus must have lied several times in the Mormon realm. Joseph said that there was a great and total apostasy. This would mean that all (total) peoples fell away from Christ. Yet Christ said "I will never leave you or forsake you". So apparently Jesus lied. According to Joseph Smith, Jesus (a lessor god of the godhead) left us to our own demise. A total apostasy would mean a complete falling away from the LDS god. "I and the father are one" "He who has seen me, has seen the father" This is another example where Jesus lied. The Mormon Jesus just can't seem to get his words out correctly.
