There are a bunch of people that use this website who have contemplated the same thing you are and did not go through with it. I am a Social Worker, not a doctor, but do not have a whole lot of experience with this kind of thing, but maybe I can get another person or two here. One thing you really need to do is to take it real cool and not make any hurried decisions. We all make mistakes and boo boos at times and if we think about it a bit more, we can see the error in our thinking. Usually there are decisions that can be modified or partially reversed, this one about killing yourself is absolutely final.

You can tell me pretty much anything. I don't run away like a like a frightened bunny rabbit, but I've had plenty of folks do it to me. People don't like dark places, but they are indeed a part of life for some folks. Sounds like you might be one of them. One more thing......
