Sunrise from the top of Mt. Fuji in Japan...saw this in 1957. Iguasu Falls (Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina), saw in 2004. A yellow flower nestled in a pine forest at sunrise with the sun's rays lighting up and sparkling the dew drops on the flower (seen many times throughout many camping trips). A silver-tipped young grizzly bear walking through the Alaskan forest on a rainy day rays of sun were coming through the clouds and bathed the animal in a beautiful light. The smiling face of my new-born son (and daughter, same condition). The smiles of my grandaughters when we are playing together. My wife's face when she is sleeping. There have been many more and I can't say one has impressed me more than others.
I saw something called "The One Woman Horse Show" in Juarez, Mexico...it was "impressive", that is certainly one way to describe it!
Sat in the second row only so I could put my feet up and relax with 6 other stagehands as I watched Frank Zappa and his band practice for over 2 hours in the afternoon before their show that night. The view was unimpeded and impressive!

Geiranger Fjord, in Norway. (Especially as seen from the air.)
Two tie for first place.
1/ Sunrise at the top of Haleakala, Maui.
2/ An unusually clear water column on a dive to the wreck of the Keystorm, in the St Lawrence. You could see all of her from 15 feet under at the bow all the way to the stern at 120 feet. Big ship, rare to see all of it at once.
I'm afraid mine is not such a good one. I had to be present when the U.K. experimented with the A bombs in Australian territories. A sight never to be forgotten. Sadly.
My first sunset at sea. I was in the North Sea on a flat calm summer's evening and the whole sky seemed to be shades of pale pink against the soft grey-blue of the sea. The only other signs of life for miles around were a few birds on the water and I felt complete and utter happiness. The North Sea can be fairly horrendous, weather-wise, but you can also get some truly stunning days and then it's breathtakingly beautiful.
Probably the Grand Canyon.

Puerto Rico, Has a caverns that has a collection of the largest plants, I've ever seen. The caverns are deep below and the plants their live in very rich soil.
The plant look like they could easily date back to jurassic times. Some of the plants had leaves as long as an 18 wheeler. Elephant ears as big as a man. I've never seen such a lush enviroment.
Mt. Fuji. The base is enormous and as you climb you can go from seeing flowers at the base to snow on top. Awesome view from high up but it get cloudier the higher you go.
Sun rise and sun set in Japan is gorgeous. Especially when you see it near the water.
Puerto Rico, there was a street called la marginal near a water reserve. I went there over 30 years ago,
so I don't know what its like today. But if you would go there at night, you got the perfect view of Old San Juan and all the lights turned on. It was beautiful.
All the young people would go there on dates. There was music and food and it was very romantic.
France, the palace was awesome. Lots of beautiful details and gardens.
It was the view from a little cafe on top of the Atlas Mountains in Morocco... nothing around but valleys, mountains and no sign of "civilisation" - just nature =)
