i found one once i went through the names rang the one that said mum and the grateful female got her phone back try your best to find the owner
Who the hell doesn't keep either their number or at least their parent's number in their phone?
Go into the phone book and look for "my number" or "my home" first. If you can't find it then look for "mum" or something.
It's really not that hard, I've actually done it twice before. I'm sure the person would be grateful if you would try and get it back to them.
Why don't you turn it in at the nearest police station? Someone is probably looking for it and would appreciate getting it back. It would make you feel good also. +3
Push the send button twice, when the phone is answered explain how you came to find the phone and ask them if they know the owner. If they do, then there you go.
Turn it in at any cell-phone store. I'm sure they can possibly track down the owner. Just let them know that it ISN'T YOURS, but that YOU found it...you don't even need to let them know where.
Probably the owner.
