Too much at times. I get taken advantage of a lot because of it. I guess out of ten times if that once really helps its worth it. i like being compassionate just fine & like being this way. :) +5

Much ... It keeps me grounded and makes me realise the value of what just a little can mean. The rest is occupied by passion. Peace.

It varies according to the subject/object/topic...it is fluid and alive and neither stagnant nor rigid. :)

I had a look at mine today, very interesting, I saw it (heart) pumping away, valves opening and shutting, blood going this way and that. Like the bloke counting the animals on Noahs ark, there were no little horses with rods sticking out of their foreheads and no compassions floating about in mine.
