i dated this guy once we went out for a couple months but he was always so distant and weird like he didnt want me to get close, so eventually i got bored and broke up with him and moved, then i get texts from him saying "do you love me? i love you! when can i come see you?? when are you coming back?? it was really messed.
-
No. Love is not for me. The best I can hope for is indifference. +3
-
No can't say that I have.
-
Yes...and his obsessing over me was one of the things that ruined and caused an end to our relationship.
-
Been on both sides. And a couple times with the same partner. She wanted to own me, I didn't. I wanted her all and only, and not vice versa. Human love, beautiful and terrible both.
-
I cant say that I have.
-
What does that even mean?
-
Yes I have. Like other entries here I have been on both ends of the situation. The clinging drives the other person off. Then because the obsessed person is afraid they're going to lose you they cling even more. Once it's started it becomes a downward spiral. I've learned my lesson too, bubble.

yeh i have and at the time i thought it was pathetic and over bareing. Im now with someone who makes me feel not even half of the love, respect and exceptance he did. Its true you never know what you got till its gone for good.

I wouldnt mind really about obsession, ive had it happen to me before. When it happens to me it often entails an annoying statement like "your so smart, your like my own walking sexy dictionary". That gets annoying after the third or fourth time (which i have to tell them to stop). Luckily im so open so the obsession is often lowered down because im blunt (which for some reason girls like that about me <_<). Its probably cause i dont lie to my girlfriends that they are able to understand so easily what i like and dont like XD

Yeah I've been the obsessive one just a little. +5
