I've just downloaded Fire Fox but Windows Internet Explorer still appears when I first boot up. Is this suppose to happen?

    Do you mean Internet Explorer starts on its own? Or that Internet Explorer is still set as the default browser?

    If the former, I'd suggest using a startup manager to fix that:

    If the latter, here are instructions on making Firefox your default browser:
