  • You should confront your teacher. Don't run away from your problems. If she's being mean speak up. Of course there is no need to do this in an abrasive manner -- if possible. When I was in high-school my science teacher was marking my unfairly, so I told her to f*ck off. I ended that class with a 51, even though my grade was actually about an 80 something. But I felt good. She was a total bitch.
  • No, you shouldn't. If this teacher is being only unfair to you, than you could try discussing it with the teacher. Sometimes they might be mad or just upset with you because they might've misinterpreted something you said. You should talk out the problem. before making decisions that might get you in serious problems.
  • Being in middle school, I think you should talk to someone you trust about it. What exactly was the teacher doing? Was there any threatening of physical harm? if so, talk to someone other than the internet.
  • Sure, I used to call these mental health days.
  • Many people skip a class or two along the way and it isn't the end of the earth. The problem is the reason why you skipped. If you skip because it's the first warm day of spring and you just have to enjoy the day, that's one thing, but if you skipped because the teacher is unbearable, you should be prepared to transfer to another class, fail the class, or just buck up and deal with her. Skipping is too easy and won't solve the problem. You will likely be tempted to do it again. That will only worsen your relationship with this, already difficult person, and lower your grade due to missing material and assignments. It can be a slippery slope, so watch out. You also didn't say your age, but parents will likely find out. It might be better to go to them ahead and exp;ain the situation and see if there isn't some way to solve it, rather than end up in a big pile of muck down the road. Good Luck! I've been there - whatever you do, it will pass, you just want to come out the other side in one piece.
  • Let this be your last time. it goes on your record and the school security will be watching you, from now on. You had another choice. Confronting the teacher head on, was your other choice.
  • You can't run away from your problems like this. Skipping class is not a long term solution and will only lead you to trouble. You are going to have teachers that are unfair and mean and you just have to deal with that. I certainly had my fair share of them and I'm sure everyone here has. Its part of life, just get used to it.
