there are adjusting screws for up/down and left/right.

best way to do it is get the screwdriver or torx bit that is needed then pull up infront of a building or the like, not too close. and adjust them evenly then once out on the road make note if they are to high/low or left/right. becarefull doing this, as if your too out you cant see to well and also can get a ticket if your lights interfere with other drivers. the best thing to do though is take it to a shop and let them use the adjusting tool on them so they are done right.
