I bought a stove for $300, with a garantee of 30days. The oven does not work and the vendor does not want to exchange or give me the money back. I have a receipt. What should I do?

You have a receipt, thats good. but, do you have a written 30 day guarantee on the stove? this could be a problem, unless you have a witness that heard the vendor make this statement.

Always get it in writing and signed.

Bring them to the small claims court. It's their problem, not yours.
