You have a receipt, thats good. but, do you have a written 30 day guarantee on the stove? this could be a problem, unless you have a witness that heard the vendor make this statement.
Always get it in writing and signed.
Bring them to the small claims court. It's their problem, not yours.
Sue them in small claims court.
