You realize puppies ain't got the sense of lemon Pledge, right?
Wild dog (i.e. wolves) pups are born into a pack. Naturally, the pups need to bond with all of the adults in the pack.
Domesticated pups see people as just other members of their pack. Given that most people treat puppies very kindly, they don't get discouraged from that notion.
If puppies are well-socialized from an early age, they will become habituated to human contact, and won't fear people. Why would you fear someone who offered you food and cuddles?
WELL they like humans so much probably because they don't know any better, and just wanna play
i should know, my friend has a little puppy, its so cute its a cute little yorkie
Thousands of years of being bred together with people has obviously weeded out those canines fearful of people.
