  • Mine was fairly simple. Eat what you usually eat but after 6 o'clock stop eating. Drink water when you are tempted. And keep a few lollipops in your house as protection from sudden irresistible cravings, A lollipop has less calories in it then a bag of chips. Last but not least exercise a bit more. I found that by doing this after a few days my daily portions reduced in size as well by itself because my stomach said FULL!
