It could mean he only wants to talk to you when he's feeling maybe a little lonely?
Or that you aren't the only girl he's talking to
Or he could be lazy and just not be bothered to do it
Or You just have uncanny bad timing, and he's always busy when you call.
Pick one of the above.. But in my opinion it's the top one, Either way you don't really deserve to be ignored! I say confront him about it.. If he doesn't reply, or makes up a crappy excuse, Then my advice is bin him!
