I wouldn't take this email too seriously if I were you. I'd guess it's just some random person who plucked an email address from any social networking site, and now they have decided to send offensive emails to the email address.
It doesn't sound like this email was sent personally. Did this person mention your husband's name in the email? Or what about your name? Did he mention your address, or inclinations towards it?
If not, I'd just keep deleting the messages as chances are, they are just spam-infested and someone being an ass.

He knows mine and my husband's email addresses and also he mentioned that he lives near by our house and he watches us most of the time. He told that he took lots of pictures too. I told him to bring that pictures and show to my husband, after that what had happened I don't know, he didn't come show up.
