  • Just don't do it. Alternatively, you could put some dog doo in a paper bag, put the bag on her front doorstep, light it and ring the bell (and run away). That should counter any foreboding future vacation in Orlando.
  • I have found that MOST of these so-called psychics can only predict one thing for sure: that they are going to take your money.
  • G'day GTA Master, Thank you for your question. There is no proven evidence that pyschic "predictions" are reliable. In this case, it will prove reliable because your mother believes this woman and will take you to Orlando. For all your mother knows, this woman might have overheard her speaking with somebody else or she might be from the Orlando tourism board. You could always find another "psychic" to say beware of going to Orlando this summer if you don't want to go. Alternatively, you can find something else if you don't want to go. Regards
  • In Deuteronomy 18, it says that if a prophet predicts something that doesn't happen you shouldn't pay any further attention to him (or her). Since you don't want to go, you already KNOW the prediction won't happen, so you shouldn't pay any attention to it.
  • If you don't want to go, you don't. Simple as that. She can't force you to. Book a holiday in the opposite direction, and then you won't even be tempted to fulfil her "prophecy". (Truth be known she's probably on the payroll of the Orlando Tourism Authority! LOL)
  • Hmmm...maybe she just happened to be wrong on that point. Even true psychics can be wrong. I've heard of psychics picking up things from someone else nearby. Maybe that's what happened. I wouldn't let that make me go somewhere I hadn't planned on going.
  • "I went to a psychic the other day. I could tell right away she was no good, she accepted my check!" Even if psychics were real, the future is not written in stone, it is forever changing, based on the everyone's actions.
  • If a true psychic foresees something in your future, that means the event has already happened and nothing can be changed. There ARE bona fide psychics- if you can find one...
  • I would rather believe in myself than the words of a psycic. Don't follow those the say they see. Wait for the plane tickets to arrive!
  • A legitamate psychic reading tells you only what will happen if you continue on the path you are on. Change the path and the reading will change as well. But who knows maybe it is to your benefit to go. Spirit may know somthing that you do not.
  • No such thing as psychics. Ignore her advice :)
  • A psychic during a reading would 'see' events as they would play out if no one had another clear thought. Future events are not even set in stone. They may also have misread what they saw. I would never tell someone their future. Doing so impacts upon your free will from a creative visioning standpoint.
