In the space of 18 months I went from a very overweight, unfit, unhappy bloke who could not jog a block without getting shin-splints and hyperventilating to having a six-pack and finishing 14th in the Mt. Macedon Classic - a 10km run up the side of a mountain and back down again. Since then I've bulked up 12kg's in the gym, can run just as fast and am consistently mistaken for being about 10 years younger than I am. Bloody hard work but worth it. Changed my life completely!

Well, sixty-one years of a VERY interesting life. Many family and friends who think I am pretty great and would come to my aid in a second if I ever needed them to. Produced more "goods" for the public wellbeing than I could ever talley up. Not much wealth accumulated, nor will I ever be on a page in any history book. But, I do alright, and I have never been into publicity...(smile).
