Scriptures speaks of a literal place and condition that we call heaven. Many people deny it, stating various misunderstandings of references. But, Scripture does speak of a heaven and hell after death.

Our body goes to the ground or is cremated. In either case it returns to the dust it came from. Our soul immediately after our flesh body dies goes to Paradise or a place of punishment until Judgment day. Then we go to heaven or hell (2nd death-death of soul)

I think every living creature has an eternal spirit energy force that is connected with a universal spiritual oneness; also that spirituality is an element of nature ( whereas God is supernatural; imaginary) You may retain some sort of awareness of your entire lifetime as seeing the past (and future?) as in a dream but you will not be able to think or feel emotion. Reincarnation?.. Personally, I don't think so.
