If you're asking before-the-fact, like you haven't taken the cocaine yet, I'd say why risk it? Just put off the cocaine until after the test, then you won't risk anything, and you won't have anything to worry about. If it's too late for that, I think you'll just have to wait and see. People can say it will or won't show up, but the fact is, you won't know positively until you know. So, try not to worry about it: instead, be reasonable and prepare yourself for a positive result (like, come up with your next course of action if the test comes up positive).

depends on a lot of things - how pure, how big you are, type of test, etc. There are tests out there that are pretty sensitive, so you will just have to wait it out.
