My culture? Umm social aristocrats, bluntness and telling people how it is, fish and chips, morris dancing, top hats, great authors, bad poetry, sarcasm, dry humour, roast dinner, the queen, empires, tea and being rubbish at snorkeling.

Sopish, or Portugese Holy Ghost Soup. Beef coocked in stock,(for several hours) with cabbage,dill pickleing spice,onions, then topped at the last 15 min with peppermint sprige, and served over the hardest dried french bread you can find...the stock is soaked up by the bread, it softens, you eat, get fat, and enjoy the food !!! Some Portugese families add tomatoes, but we don't. I like both +6
