As long as you are sure that you didn't sign your name on any papers saying that you wouldn't breed the cat, it is fine that you breed it. Was there a verbal agreement that you wouldn't breed the cat? Either verbal agreement's rarely hold up in court if it ever went that far. (Which it probably won't). A friend of mine had that same deal with a Bengal Cat, the lady didn't have him sign anything so he was ok to breed it.

It may not have been something separate you signed if you co-own it with the breeder. That is what is commonly done here in the USA to make sure someone doesn't start backyard breeding or sells a puppy to a puppy mill. Breeders routinely sell animals as being co-owned with them so that anything that might need both signatures, like seling or breeding, would come to their attention.
