As far as I know, my state does not have reduced or free lunches for high school or college students. Are you sure your 17 year old qualifies?
As long as she's in college and you are helping support her you should be able to. The form should tell you how to count it and if Not I would just call the school and ask. They should know.

You're reading I need to apply for reduced lunches for my 17 yr old. Can I claim my 2nd daughter who is 20 yrs old in college (full time) as a 2nd dependent on the reduced lunch form?
