As long as I am restrained and gagged, I can deal with it just fine
-
Not at all and I know very few situtaions where you should
-
no... unfortunatley I can not. I'm actually a generally intolerant person. This is not something I'm proud of however, it is the truth.
-
No more than I can suffer a fool.
-
Not from those who want to stay that way.
-
Not at all. It is probably my least favorite thing.
-
I don't, really.
-
It takes a lot for me to tolerate it. Some situations of ignorance are just so bad, they can not be avoided. I am very good at keeping hurtful things back, but it's very frustrating.
-
Not at all. I can tolerate a lot of things, but ignorance is just something that I can't.
-
Is it ignorance or apathy? Hey, I don't know and I don't care
-
Not usually very well.
-
So, very few of you can tolerate me?
-
Only to a certain extent, which is usually not very long at all.
-
If its blatant and annoying (like they do it a lot) then yes, but otherwise, it just makes me feel smarter.
-
Not really
-
No, there's no excuse. All ignorance is is laziness.
-
No, not willful ignorance at least. It bothers me... it really, really does.

One of my favorite quotes: "I am patient with stupidity, but not with those who are proud of it." - Edith Sitwell
-
I can to a certain extent. If someone is playing the ignorance card when I call them out on something, it's very hard for me to tolerate it. Why not just man up?
-
i can but i dont like it
-
Yes, but not stupidity.

Ignorance just means to not know about something, most people are ignorant of most things, often they are ignorant of the existence of the things they're ignorant of : P What I can't stand is when people intentionally make themselves ignorant of the facts, or they act when they KNOW they are ignorant of the facts, etc ^ To be completely honest, I find this happens more often than not with people and religion, many people hold onto their religion so tightly that they attack things without any information on what they're attacking, or they believe what they believe without actually reading their own religious books, or without actually studying it's history, etc... I guess they're welcome to be as ignorant as they want, it's just that it very often means harming other people somehow, which they AREN'T welcome to do.
