  • Yes, of course.
  • I have never seen them ever but they saw me as a gas inflicting infant!
  • Yes, both of them
  • The only time I saw my father cry was after one of my sisters was in a car accident. I felt really bad because I knew she was his favorite and it hurt him to see her in pain. I don't remember seeing my mother cry many times, one time that stands out is after my father died.
  • I made my mother cry once and will never forget it. I've made amends since but feel bad every time I think of it. +5
  • Yes and I hate it. My mum cries all the time, so I'm used to that, and it annoys me cos she cries over anything. My dad only seems to cry when animals die...its very sad, I hate it when they cry.
  • A couple of days after World War II endet in Germany my mother received a letter that her only brother had fallen in a battle in Hungary. He was much younger than she and my mother had raised him because their mother died early. She cried all day...I was 9 years old then and I felt very sorry for her and very helpless. We did not know at that time whether my father was still living....I saw my father cry when my mother had died in 1990. I was in grief also, of course, and I felt his pain as my own.
  • Both. I have only seen my Dad cry maybe three times - they were after the death of my uncle. I have never seen something so heart breaking and it made me feel completely helpless. My mum has cried a lot. Sometimes when my mum cries it makes me angry, crocodile tears - but when she has cried after the death of someone it makes me feel sad and helpless.
  • Mom - Yes! Dad- No!
  • Godawful.
  • My father died unexpectedly in hospital. My mother wept when we went to see my father's body. My sister and I wept too.
  • Yes, both of them, from death of family members.

  • When I was a kid I saw my mom crying a lot, I learned to ignore it, she was an alcoholic and the type of drunk who got on the crying jags. Since she stopped drinking years ago, I have seen her cry twice and it broke my heart.
  • I've seen both of them do it so much that I've become numb to the experience.
  • I don't think its that big of a deal That'd be like feeling weird seeing someone sweat
  • Yes, I had seen my parents cry because it got so difficult for them to do the simplest tasks because they both suffered from crippling forms of arthritis. I felt very sorry for the ordeals that they were going through. It was especially sad to see my dad cry once because he couldn't put on his winter overcoat.
  • I've seen my dad cry once. It was really upsetting because before that, I always viewed my dad as the unfailing image of protection and confidence. Didn't last too long though, while I knew what made him cry, I couldn't really believe that anything would ever shatter him. Of course, I was like, six. I got a lot more sad knowing that he was sad. But knowing that everyone has their weaknesses and all, I would hope, taught me something, and I never loved him less, anyways. Why would I? Everyone has to cry sometime. I guess it was just weird at first, although at the time, the incident which led to this prevented me to really think about it for a while. Despite that, my dad was always loving and strong, unlike my mother, whom in my entire life, I don't remember seeing cry a single time. *Reads the above.* Wow could I get any fucking cornier haha.
  • yes both of them i felt sooo sad!...its saddning seeing yur parents cry...
  • Yes. It made me feel HORRIBLE!
