  • an invention to protect an invention.
  • If God allowed Lucifer to be created, I'm sure He didn't stop him from telling anything. Lucifer is the prince of lies anyway so who cares what he says.
  • Satan is bad because he sought worship that was NOT due to him... He tempted Jesus with money and power...and Jesus refused... (Matthew 4:8-10) Again the Devil took him along to an unusually high mountain, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory, 9 and he said to him: “All these things I will give you if you fall down and do an act of worship to me.” 10 Then Jesus said to him: “Go away, Satan! For it is written, ‘It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.’” Satan also spoke direct to God [ Jesus' father ] about Job... (Job 2:1-3) Afterward it came to be the day when the sons of the [true] God entered to take their station before Jehovah, and Satan also proceeded to enter right among them to take his station before Jehovah. 2 Then Jehovah said to Satan: “Just where do you come from?” At that Satan answered Jehovah and said: “From roving about in the earth and from walking about in it.” 3 And Jehovah went on to say to Satan: “Have you set your heart upon my servant Job, that there is no one like him in the earth, a man blameless and upright, fearing God and turning aside from bad? Even yet he is holding fast his integrity, although you incite me against him to swallow him up without cause.” Even the followers of Satan, the demons, know that Jesusd is NOT Jehovah God... (Matthew 8:29) And, look! they screamed, saying: “What have we to do with you, Son of God? Did you come here to torment us before the appointed time?” You...SON of God...
  • No. Bible & organized religion has nothing to do with intelligence. Discovery of Devil in Search of Satan: “Cheer up! Devil is your best friend!” Q: Who is Devil [=Satan]? A: The one who keeps on asking "Why?" that's who! Satan (Devil) is nothing but ‘radical doubt’, an objective and enquiring human mind seeking knowledge & TRUTH. Only a human mind may be open to rational thought process[es], reason and logic; and willing to question “why”, prepared to challenge anything and everything under the sun including the sun itself! So the moment the first question ‘why’ pops into your conscious, you have become the “victim” of Devil, “possessed” even! But is that such a bad thing? Unlike many competing Gods, there is only one Devil and from the beginning of time, and Devil is stronger! Devil has endured many gods single-handedly --just by being itself-- and apparently with great success. All god-men believe that Devil is still around, don’t they? Gods [through god-men] need ‘Devil’ to justify their own [and their respective god’s] pseudo-existence, but Devil needs no God, ‘Devil’ is self-sufficient! All Gods jealously compete with Devil for ‘betterness’, Devil couldn’t care less! Even all godmen admit: Devil is always happy, always smiling! His eyes have a lively glint! And like a true friend, the Devil does not expect anything in return: no obedience, loyalty, spiritual ritual, prayers, offerings or sacrifice! --other than the ‘virtual currency of your soul’, according to the religionists, of course. But is that too such a bad thing? Or, “WHY is giving your ‘soul’ to Devil, ---or ‘keeping a mind open to doubt, rationality, reason and logic’-- bad? How can it harm you? So, who is your friend now? Hail Lucifer!!
  • Thank you for all of your answers, this is really tormenting me. I need to know the truth. Taking what the bible says isnt completely valid, "History is written by the winner". If Lucifer was evil, why was he in Gods heaven, appointed by God? So a third of all Gods angels were evil as well, and God had them in his heaven? How did the all powerful all knowing God not know that they were evil, and not know that they were launching a coo against him, and even worse, God admits that the battle raged on for a long time. The all powerful God could not even keep his own heaven under control, and apparently he barely won. Something doesnt ring true about his story. I dont think that for a second Lucifer really believed he would win, he is not that stupid... he knew God and his power. I tend to think it was probably more of a "I have seen enough." And "Give me Liberty or give me death." A third of the angels all seemed to feel the same way. I just want to know what really happened. Satan is believed to be the prince of lies because... why? Ding ding ding! God said so. God said alot of things that doesnt ring true. He admits being cruel and murderous to humanity in many instances throughout the bible, yet he points his finger at Satan for being the bad guy for doing it. I believe Satan is bad, but I dont necessarily believe God is good.
