  • There are LAWS that tell an employer when his employees MUST have breaks .... IF the employee FAILS to take the required break; the employer CAN face serious charges ... Take your darn break .. what's the big deal ? +5
  • yes they should be forced for the safety of the employer and the employee and in some jobs for the safety of the people around them.
