I would think its by the pound, something along the lines of 10 minutes per pound. If you strip the fat, and the brat is unbaptized, you can tallow that fat and make "black Arts" candles - useful for summoning nether entities (aka Demons). If the brat is a thief you can make a hand of glory: http://www.shanmonster.com/witch/wards_tools/hand.html Organs mixed with a meal of say corn, wheat, rye or other grains you can make a Brat-wurst.... LOL I bet if we think about it and carefully carve up the brat there are about 101 uses there. ;-)

Well brats can be extra tough depending on how long they've been bratty. I hear girl brats take longer than boy brats. But all bratty kids take some good, long efforts and some tenderizing.
