So many differences. Liberals want to teach all children in the best ways known to man. Conservatives want school budgets that strangle the educational process. Liberals want to clean up the planet to make it a safer place for future generations. Conservatives want to rape the earth until she's bled dry. Liberals want the monopolies out of the media. Conservatives want to control every word you hear and picture you see. I could go on but I'll close with Liberals are human beings that care. Conservatives are greedy pigs.

i think that the definition of conservative in this nation is currently being revised and, presently, republicans don't know. on the other hand, liberals, having a tremendous majority in the house, a supermajority in the senate, and ownership of the white house, still can't muster together enough chutzpah to get their agenda through. hmmmm.

I am middle of the road, bordering on more liberal...neither Rep or Dem...so I really shouldn't answer, except most if not all people in Washington need to pull their heads out of their overpaid rear ends.

I go with the definition of "a conservative believes that things are well, and doesn't want to change, or very little change. a Liberal believes that major changes are needed. I often tell people that it was a liberal thinker that dared suggest that the world was round and not flat, since the flat world was the conservative thinking of it's time.
