Less. And regular exercise makes the body more energy efficient, reducing frequency of hunger.

I have problems with low blood sugar so I have to eat & drink more if I exercise, otherwise I'll end up flat on my face. I can't skip meals for the same reason.

I will always drink more after the excercise, but some sports leave me ravenous, like snowboarding.

An actor on TV once said that he had to gain 50 pounds to play a certain movie role.
    I cringed.
I've gained 50 pounds to SEE a movie.

After exercise I eat and drink in normal quantities.
If I have been sedentary through the day I will be eating and drinking less than normal.
    Natural, I suppose.

I eat more when I'm not exercising. If I'm exercising I try and eat reasonably healthily, but if for some reason I'm not able to exercise then I enter into slob mode and start eating a lot of rubbish.

Hi CT! Strange answers but I probably want to eat or drink more if I'm doing nothing. I am checking into Tao, learning about alternatives to Viagra, yes, even studs have that problem (just kidding about the stud part, but I can pretend). The Pharmacists wants me to see doc friends of hers before taking the blue pills..I can't wait! haHa!

I don't eat until after I work out in the morning.
I am usually beginning to get a little hungry after I exercise; and I am thirsty despite that I drink while I am working out.
When my Son is home several days and I can not find time to exercise. I feel stressed and psychically uncomfortable. I think I'd be more inclined to eat when I can't exercise.

After excersize I drink enough fluid to keep a camel going through the desert but I don't eat much. If I don't excersize I can sit around and eat all day.
